There are too many sticky things and they seem very old so I thought it would be faster to just ask right here: I have a water-cooled setup (Aorus Xtreme x570, Ryzen 3950x, GSkill Trident Z Neo RAM, 2080 ti) with plenty of radiator. Is there a good and current guide for overclocking these parts? Can I overclock the CPU and RAM entirely from the BIOS, right? Do I need to enable XMP and PBO? Do I need to fiddle with anything manually? How do I test if the overclock is stable? I remember seeing some old programs people used to pick values, are those still relevant? What do people do now? What program should I use for the GPU?

Use Ryzen Master to bump up your Ryzen rig. Check if it's stable at full speed first. Then try overclocking in Afterburner.

Use Ryzen Master to push your Ryzen rig past its limits. Wait until it runs perfectly on normal speed first, then slowly try overclocking. Also use Afterburner with your graphics card.
