pls help me with the game when gaming.. i keep getting this bug check code 0.. it's really annoying hehe im doing a stress test for my cpu and gpu but no crash happens sometimes after 8 hours or just in 15 minutes now my computer crashes while playing apex legend or deep rock galactic survivor windows 11 clean install with all updates applied i9 10900k stock settings 3080 graphics card aorus ram z490 motherboard 1600w evga temp is very low even though the logs say it's working fine log name system source microsoft windows kernel power date 2024-02-21 11:56:31 pm event id 41 task category (63) level critical keywords (70368744177664),(2) user system computer tgp description the system rebooted without cleanly shutting down first this error could be caused if the system stopped responding crashed or lost power unexpectedly event xml looks like a lot of technical stuff but basically it says i got hit by an invisible bug while gaming windows 11 clean install with all updates applied i9 10900k stock settings 3080 graphics card aorus ram z490 motherboard 1600w evga temp is very low even though the logs say it's working fine log name system source microsoft windows kernel power date 2024-02-21 11:56:31 pm event id 41 task category (63) level critical keywords (70368744177664),(2) user system computer tgp description the system rebooted without cleanly shutting down first this error could be caused if the system stopped responding crashed or lost power unexpectedly thankss
kernel 41 (63) is just a result of restarting, not the reason for it. If your computer doesn't show a blue screen error code, maybe some other hardware is the problem here on the CPU: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/...-tool.html? Prime95 probably shows that the CPU isn't the issue. Try running memtest86 on every piece of RAM you have, stick one by one, do up to four passes just like this. Only make sure your error count is zero; anything higher could be causing a blue screen. Take out or change the RAM sticks if they have errors. Memtest is a bootable USB so you don't need Windows to run it You can also skip most GPU tests unless you try benchmarks and see if the computer crashes during them. It's okay to test on your Intel IGPU and do the same checks just in case, so you know what happens when things fail. I don't think a 1600-watt power supply would have problems with running that system. How old is it? What storage drives are you using? Restarts without a blue screen aren't windows, so bad files could mean the storage drives are broken. right click start and choose Terminal (Admin). If it doesn't open as Powershell, click the little arrow under the header bar at the top of your screen and pick one from the list to copy or paste this command into your window: Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth and hit enter Then type SFC /scannow and hit enter Restart the computer if SFC finds any files that need fixing. Some fixes need a restart to work. The first command repairs the files SFC uses to clean things up, and SFC also fixes system files SFC = System File Checker. First command runs DISM - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows...windows-11
ok thanks for replying i tried the first intel test you sent me and it passed all of them. Imma run memtest tonight but i also tried a new batch of exact ram both at stock speed 2666mhz and with an xmp profile. Same thing happened again. forgot to mention too... i had windows installed on a samsung 980 pro... i tried a fresh install on that drive and my samsung 970 2tb brand new still acts the same way... both are m.2 my psu is evga 1600w gold... couple of years old... it ran occt power test at 100% cpu, 100% gpu usage with around 800w of testing for an hour and was not crashing and i dont even think the fan went on in eco mode... tried it fan always on and same crash in game my next step is to try with the integrated graphic card but its a mess to remove my graphic card since its all in a custom loop. i had done the command dism repair online etc then sfc scan.. i dont know if its the same as the one you sent me but i tried and it was good https://ibb.co/gw6DvwX i can bring screenshot of temperature and voltage while stress testing if it helps...i did so many stress tests ..prime 95 ..intel burn test.. occt ..cinebench..https://ibb.co/rfgvXpm intel test https://ibb.co/HXHkQqP result voltage 1 https://ibb.co/PWm7f4s result voltage 2 https://ibb.co/GMNbjnZ the pc itself
