The problem is clear in the title: when I play games, Discord audio gets stuck. Sometimes I can't hear my friends, or they sound like a stuttering mess. Sometimes the other way around - they can't hear me, or their voice sounds robotic and bad. My games work just fine on their own. It depends mostly on how heavy the game is when I run it. The bigger the game, the worse the audio problem gets.

Here are my specs:
- CPU: Intel i5 3470
- GPU: Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti
- RAM: 12GB

I've already tried these fixes to stop the sound glitches:
- Turning off hardware acceleration settings in Discord
- Setting priority for Discord to high so it doesn't get stuck behind games
- Upgrading all my drivers to the newest versions

Hey there, new person! Please tell us what games you are playing on this site. Be sure to list all your system details completely, not just some parts. For example: CPU: Motherboard: RAM: SSD/HDD: GPU: Chassis: OS: Add the age of your power supply unit and the version for your operating system if you're on Windows 10. What's your platform? I'm really worried about having 12GB of RAM on this rig. Is it just like 4GB plus 8GB? You need a matching pair, similar to buying shoes. In my opinion, your processor is probably causing the problem.

It started when I was playing Rainbow Six Siege, all discord sounds would delay and stutter. I cant hear any sounds at all when playing COD Warzone. My computer is a bit weak with an i5 processor, 10GB of RAM, and an old hard drive, but I still want to play those games smoothly on my Windows 10 home PC.
