It isn't a stain I can verify. I attempted to remove it using alcohol wipes as well. Clearly, it's a scratch.

It's okay with small scratches, but if it's chipped like my Giga EP45 UD3P where one corner is damaged and it won't boot at all, that's a red flag. I don't think it's a RAM issue since the code should move from C1 to 00 even without RAM yet stuck on C1 (pci debug card for postcodes).
