I can't get User Scenario to start in the MSI Center. Here are my computer specs: I have an MSI Gaming Z 1070 with a core clock i7 6800k, and no overclocking installed. My RAM is Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB DDR4. For storage, I use Samsung 860 Evo SSDs and Hitachi HDS722020ALA330 HDDs. The motherboard is an MSI X99a Raider. I have a fan from Noctua NF-F12 iPPC-2000 PWM attached to the case, but no fans for the CPU itself.

I no longer need that part. I found where the PWM input goes on my fan, so now it spins slower than before instead of going super fast.
