If you are calling or texting on an Android phone and need something, there are tons of apps in the Play Store. If you want software for a computer (desktop) that also works with a scanner, go to your scanner's website and get drivers or tools from there. I personally use Adobe Acrobat DC, but this list is just as good.
If you call for something on your phone and you are using an Android device, there is a lot of stuff in the Play Store to pick from. If you need things for a desktop computer and you have a scanner, you should probably get drivers or tools from where the scanner says they come from. I use Adobe's Acrobat DC myself but this list works fine too.
