I'm ready to test this right away. Should I just set those voltage levels near 1.1 volts and watch how things go?

I changed the frequency to 2666, raised VCCIO to 1.16 volts, and set VCCSA to 1.1 volt. It started up correctly, which shows things are working well.

I tried posting but failed so I went into Safe mode to test both 3200 and 2933 speeds with VCCIO set to 1.16V, VCCSA at 1.1V, and RAM voltage at 1.36V.

You're likely stuck on 2666 MHz for the memory chip, but you can try adjusting those timings yourself if you want.

Got it to boot, so I put that one away. It's at 2800 now.

Intel isn't that fast with memory, so it doesn't matter much to you. But AMD changes things up a lot because they use faster memory.

Use VCCSA on a 1.14 volt and RAM on 1.37 volts.
