I keep hitting the wall here, but I'm scared that things are finally coming to an end! Earlier this year, I tried to go to this website: https://www.lockheedmartin.com/en-us/who...ictor.html But it's really slow and weird on my old computer. If I keep hitting lots of bad sites like this, the machine will just stop working for me. My only hope is that a new version coming soon from Debian Buster to Bullseye will fix this problem... fingers crossed! While waiting, maybe someone could tell me why these specific websites are so slow. Any help would be really appreciated!

It's still alive after more than 14 years...that's about $72 a year! I upgraded to Debian Bullseye a few months ago. Firefox runs faster now (a good upgrade from Debian Buster). I'm going for an upgrade to Bookworm in December 2026. Had a scary moment during the last year. When booting, my BIOS wouldn't recognize two of three SATA drives, so it wasn't bootable. After hours of trying different things, I unplugged the external drive (which I use to store backups). Then everything worked fine again. Can anyone give me some advice? Thanks in advance!
