Hello everyone! Sorry if this isn't the right category for the subject.
As the title indicates, I'm looking for some excellent single-player story games, but I'm not sure what to choose anymore.
If you have any recommendations, I'd really appreciate it Smile

The Witcher series, Far Cry 3-5, Ac Origins and Odyssey, Mafia 2 and 3 (the third one was terrible) and I'm currently playing Shadow of the Tomb Raider but I don't really enjoy it.

Celeste mentions enjoying watching shows, such as anime or TV series, and also playing Titanfall 2, which she finds the campaign to be very nice.

The Shadow of Mordor and War are available, though sales aren't happening right now. Metal Gear Rising receives a perfect score.

Knowing the games you’ve already played would really assist a lot, even the ones you liked. Here are some suggestions from my own view:

Starwars Kotor II – a turn-based combat experience
Sekiro – solid combat with a different storytelling approach compared to Witcher 3, but fun
WWZ – one of the games I’ve enjoyed the most recently, though it’s multiplayer and you can play solo
Mount and Blade Warband – mechanics you’ll encounter for the first time during your tenth playthrough
Aliens vs Predator – another solid choice, especially the version where you can control all three species
Aragami Nightfall
Attack on Titan – both installments are quite enjoyable once you get comfortable with the controls and can execute some impressive combos
Battlefield 1 – the campaign was quite engaging
The Call of Duty Modern Warfare series – games 1, 2, and 3 all offer good gameplay
Dead Rising – 2 and 3 stood out as my favorites; I got to them later and 4 felt rushed
Ghost Recon – from 2001 and the DLCs
Just Cause – both titles are entertaining, especially if you manage to get under $20
Resident Evil – all five entries have been played and each was enjoyable
Sniper Elite – great for those who like precision shooting
Total war games – Rome II and Shogun II provided nice experiences

It looks like you don't enjoy open world games; the storylines really let me down. Consider exploring more narrative-driven titles, perhaps JRPGs? For example:
nier / Final Fantasy XV
Trails of the Sky series – 9 entries so far
Tales of series
God Eater 2
Steins;Gate
These all offered immersive storytelling and excellent soundtracks.

Which hardware is your PC equipped with?
There are numerous excellent games available, and recommendations can vary based on the information provided.
Let’s begin:
Wing Commander + 2, Strike Commander.
Wing Commander 3, 4.
X-Wing and TIE-Fighter.
JOYSTICK REQUIRED! (CH-Flightstick compatible is suggested; others may only support Thrustmaster).
WarCraft 2, Age of Empires, 2, 3
Far Cry, Crysis (entire series)
Final Fantasy 7, 8, 9
Final Fantasy X/X-II, Type 0, XII
Final Fantasy XIII, XIII-2, Lightning returns.
Atelier Series
Samurai Warriors 4-II
A few suggestions that aren’t strictly shooters or mainstream.
