I’m experiencing performance issues with Apex Legends on my PC. The game was previously running smoothly at 60-100 frames per second at 1080p, but recently it's dropped to 30fps or lower consistently. I’ve checked for overheating and throttling – my CPU reaches 50-60°C and my GPU 70°C – but the utilization remains low (40-50%) even when capping at 60fps or using VSync. I've tried various troubleshooting steps including disabling firewalls, Windows Defender, overlays, reinstalling the game, updating/downgrading drivers (including a full DDU uninstall), and even physically disconnecting and reconnecting my GPU. My PC specs are: an i7-3770k CPU with a Thermaltake Frio OCK cooler, an Asus P8Z68V Pro motherboard, a Nvidia GTX 1060 3GB, 16GB of DDR3 RAM, and a 500W Powersuply power supply. I have two HDDs: one 500GB and another 2TB.

I've attached an MSI Afterburner screenshot showing the current readings (GPU: 59°C, 36%; MEM: 2603 MB; CPU: 63°C, 43%; RAM: 7462 MB). The D3D11 rendering is reporting 30 FPS. I’m not a native English speaker and apologize for any writing errors. I'm completely stuck and need help diagnosing the problem.

My PowerSupply is a CoolerMaster RS-500-PCAR-A3.
It isn't a good power supply, i know, but it has been working alright for the past years.
