If you want a bit more headroom, you could try 1.85V–1.95V, but don’t go too high—overvoltage can damage components. OP mentioned the CPU is just a constraint. It seems OP has other components working well. I’d suggest trying 1.8V at 4.8GHz.

Having a bit of ln2 on hand isn't a bad move. Any other info means it's over. I'm pretty sure he's just checking about the CPU limits. (Sounds like a joke if you're teasing.)

You might be surprised to learn that the stock cooler isn’t a limitation. It will make noise, but it won’t fail under extreme heat.
