You might find it helpful to reach out through official channels like the game's support team or community forums. There could be people there who can assist you directly and explain your situation clearly.

Did you run any software on your device with modding features that might raise suspicion as cheating? Honestly, if so, you're likely losing effort—time and effort of everyone involved. If not, simply visit their support page; the contact list and messages section is there, though they may try to distract you with emails.

GTA online has become a chaotic experience these days. There are strict rules about buying certain cards, and getting banned means you can't get back in. That's why I stopped playing it.

GTA Online now sits at the bottom of my rankings alongside developers like Naughty Dog and even EA, compared to the top spots. Years ago they stripped me of nearly all my funds—only $50,000 remained—and accused me of cheating. I actually played GTA Online as an extension of the single-player experience, mostly in lobbies alone. Since I never used any mods, there’s no reason to believe I was cheating or receiving hacked money. Every penny I had came from completing missions, and then they took it all away. They even sent me an email about Shark Cards being on sale. I uninstalled the game right away—Rockstar can do whatever they want with their online offerings, whether it’s GTA Online or the upcoming Red Dead Online.

I recommend just enjoying single-player mode with all the necessary mod options—most online features are available, except for properties. I changed because I enjoy customizing through mod menus, and since I haven’t played with others for months, online isn’t as appealing anymore.

When you're permanently banned, it's final. They don’t concern themselves with claims of innocence; their systems identified something and that’s sufficient for the ban. To return to playing online, you’ll need to purchase a fresh key.
