Help with overclocking

CPU model is i7-4790k with seidon 120M 86.2 CFM liquid cooler.
Motherboard is ASRock Z97 killer ATX LGA1150.
Memory setup includes G.Skill Ripjaws X series 16GB (4x4).
Video card is EVGA GeForce GTX 960 4GB with ACX 2.0+.
There are 5 fans in total.
Looking to improve gaming performance, I was considering overclocking for better FPS.

You could easily improve the CPU using liquid cooling. I’d begin with the GPU, as it would save time during stress tests and help you get used to overclocking.
