Help with inserting boot media into the chosen storage device and pressing a key.
Is there anyone who can help? My computer would boot directly to BIOS and I couldn’t resolve it until it shut down and I began inserting the boot media into the chosen drive and pressing a key. It also doesn’t display anything until I remove the RAM stick and restart, but the same prompt appears. I’ve swapped in a new SSD, replaced the PSU and GPU, but the issue persists. Before that, I also changed my motherboard and graphics card, then installed the new parts into the old machine while copying my OS and files to the new SSD (a Crucial P3 NVMe SSD). After the transfer, I formatted the old SSD. Even before the boot sequence appeared in BIOS, I wasn’t getting the SSD recognized. My specs are: RTX 2060, i5-10400, 10GB DDR4, B560 chipset, 660p series, 512GB, thermal management, 600W PSU.
The BIOS isn't locating any operating system during startup. A picture shows the screen detecting a solid-state drive in the M2A slot, indicating it's at least turning on and notifying the system. On the left side under Boot Sequence, only the Windows Boot Manager appears. To resolve this, press F2 to enter Advanced Mode, then select the third option in the menu. This reveals the Boot Sequence or Boot Order, allowing you to add your SSD there. If the SSD is blank or unformatted with no OS, include USB or an optical drive in the list so the BIOS can search for a Windows installation on those devices.
