I recently purchased a Dell Optiplex 990. The power is on, but it doesn’t display a post screen or show any output from the screen. The connection port indicates something is attached, yet nothing else appears. There are no beep codes or LED error messages. Could you suggest possible solutions? I’ve tried resetting the CMOS, re-seating RAM, swapping the graphics card, adding a new GPU, and disassembling the whole system.
