Hi, I've been experiencing issues with the blue screen error on my computer for the past couple of weeks. It usually appears once a day, but this week it's happening more often—around five times daily. I tried several fixes like updating drivers, checking memory, running an SFC scan, etc., but nothing seems to resolve it. Now instead of the blue screen, the PC freezes and requires a hard reset. I've examined the minidump files using Blue Screen Viewer and Windows Debugger, though I'm not sure what they show. Since the freezing began, no new minidumps are being created, and any that exist are being deleted. My system details are: Windows 10 x64, Windows 7 full retail version, installed 4 years ago, OS age 4 years. I haven't reinstalled the OS recently. CPU model is Intel i7-9700k, video card Nvidia GTX 2080, motherboard Asus ROG Maximus XI Hero, Wi-Fi Z390, power supply Corsair HX850i. It's a custom-built desktop with exact model numbers.
