I own an MSI GS65 RE laptop. A few days ago I damaged the chipset, which made it completely non-functional, so I took it to a repair center where they replaced the chipset with a new one. After returning, I tried playing Valorant, but a pop-up message appeared preventing me from opening the game. It reads: "THIS VERSION OF VANGUARD REQUIRES TPM VERSION 2.0 TO BE ENABLED IN ORDER TO PLAY." I searched online for solutions but none worked. I checked several things: the TPM is enabled in BIOS, but Windows isn’t detecting it; the TPM MSC shows "Compatible TPM cannot be found"; device security settings say there’s no TPM available, possibly indicating a vulnerability. No Security Devices appear in Device Manager either. It seems my laptop is no longer detecting any TPM. I hope someone can assist me.

Intel Platform Trust technology must be activated.
Consider disabling and then reactivating it.

Did the shop swap the entire motherboard or just swap out the chips on the original one?

I can't locate it in the bios, only seeing Intel Virtualization Technology.

Examine more closely.
Or display BIOS screens.

In the BIOS --> Security Tab --> Activate the hidden menu by pressing Alt (Left Side) + F2 + Ctrl (Right Side) + Shift (Right Side) --> Trusted Computing --> Security Device Support, choose [Enable]. At this stage, it will likely display "NO Security Device Found". Return to the Advanced Tab --> PCH-FW Configuration --> TPM Device Selection, select [PTT]. This laptop lacks a physical TPM module, yet it still recognizes PTT, an Intel software implementation of TPM. Save and restart. TPM should now be active. If you revisit the BIOS in the Security tab, it will provide more details about the TPM instead of indicating no device found.
