I owned a TridentZ Royal 3600 16x2 kit, but one component failed unexpectedly. I forwarded the memory module to the local G.Skill service, which informed me that because it’s out of stock they’ll issue a refund. Since G.Skill is a multi-brand distributor, I requested a comparable memory with similar specs, such as the XPG D35 32Gb x2. Do you know the quality or manufacturer of the chips used in these models? Now I’m wondering what to do if they refuse—either switch to DDR5 options like the Ripjaws S5 or accept the refund. Either way, I’ll need a replacement memory. If possible, could you recommend some DDR4 16x2 3600MHz sticks? Also, please avoid suggesting Patriot or Teamgroup memory as they lack service centers in my country. I’m currently using an 8GB loaner stick from a friend to test the slots and run basic tasks. Your help would be greatly appreciated, especially since you’re from India.
