The primary problem I'm facing is that it isn't running at stock, and I can't make the system start. Please check the video you shared.
Systems don't perform their own updates... Ryzen Master likely needs to load an OC profile, and it might be using Game Boost in the BIOS settings. Are you turning on OC-ing in the BIOS via Game Boost?
That's correct...sorry, I meant to suggest a 3600 paired with the B550 if you have funds available. In my opinion, it would be beneficial to sell the 2700x and acquire a 3600...you won't sacrifice any performance, and the 3600 will operate more efficiently while drawing significantly less power from the motherboard VRM.
