The FX 6300 fits AM3+ well, but it's not ideal without a clear plan for CPU and RAM. A more affordable AM4 setup with a used 2200G and dual-channel DDR4 would likely perform better.

CPU (just an example): The board needs a CPU with connectors, but the CPU requires a board with connectors. They don’t match, so it won’t function and you can’t install it.

What a surprise! £57.04 for an AM3 mainboard that's already out of date? And 151 units sold? The specs mention GA-H61MA-D2V which is LGA1151—still steep. For the newer models, you might find affordable I3 or I5 sockets without the K versions.
