Hi,
I’d like to understand how to upgrade the RAM in my Mobo from 1333MHz to 1600MHz. The device details are: M4A87TD EVO (AM3), CPU AMD Phenom II x4 955, and it has two 4GB Crucial Ballistix Tactical modules. I’m curious about the process.

Check the BIOS for DOCP and turn it on or adjust it manually. It seems the best option is 1333; the 965 was the first AMD model capable of running 1600 sticks reliably.
