I increased my Ryzen 5 2400g on my Msi B450m PRO-VDH MAX board and the system isn’t running games, but the voltage is set to 1.45. Should I reduce it or keep it as is? Also, I previously overclocked it from 3.6 to 3.7.

Restore everything to its original state and then proceed. A 100mhz overclock is nothing compared to a fart in a hurricane.

By default, the CPU will increase its speed above 3.7ghz. Keep everything as it is unless you aim to push it to 3.9ghz or higher.
