I had hoped someone noticed or the original poster would have made a bit more progress.
I’m not very familiar with this, but it looks like a VPN session might have been set up at least partially. You notice it assigns a tunnel IP address of 10.103.0.36.
There’s then a 15-minute pause followed by several messages that don’t seem meaningful to me.

It seems the system is recording the support email address in the client logs unintentionally, so I won’t hide it anymore. Likewise, I won’t alter any Public IP addresses either. Those details should remain unchanged; they’ll be handled by @Tomsuser2.

That raises my curiosity about the subnet masking details. Specifically, the notation /notations in the logs isn’t clear to me. I observed 255.255.0.0 in one log entry and it looked unusual. Are there any user-defined scripts involved? Also, I’m aware of the “mutes” and references to CMD status and state. What is currently muted that isn’t visible?

The 255.255.0.0 mask is a setting the VPN provider applies to the IP addresses used at the tunnel endpoints. I’m not sure why they’re doing this. Usually these are agreed upon when the VPN is activated. Typically, unless you manage the server and client configurations yourself, the ISP can control these details. I haven’t set one up in many years and have lost track of what it means. It seems like there might be an issue with the account activating the tunnel, possibly blocking traffic despite being allowed. Some recommendations suggest this could be related to ExpressVPN.
