Hi, I’ve been trying to fix this for a long time but still can’t get past it. My laptop is a 12th Gen i5 with the HP 450 G9 graphics. Here’s what happened: A while ago I installed the Days Gone cracked version (I’m really embarrassed to admit it), hoping to play it. But after the first try, the game crashed and wouldn’t open. I uninstalled it, but since then the machine has been acting up—showing the HP wolf logo, going completely black, then restarting with the HP logo again, and the screen flickering twice before finally loading the Windows login screen. Previously, the system would boot in under 20 seconds or less. Now this issue is stuck. I attempted a BIOS update, but it only showed a message about corrupt Intel firmware needing a restart. After that, I restarted, but nothing changed; it still took a long time to boot. I’ve tried disabling certain boot programs and other fixes, but none worked. I’m really hoping someone can help, even if Linus sees this problem—any advice would be greatly appreciated. I’m writing this because I’ve already tried YouTube solutions without success. Please help!
