The best is the Seasonic Focus Gold currently. It is a great quality PSU that has a 10 year warranty. The Focus Gold is semi-modular and the Focus Gold Plus is fully modular (only difference), I'd get whichever is cheaper.

Thank you very much all that's left is the gpu I guess. Still torn on it and can't decide can you tell me some of the differences between the top gpus so I can make a choice based on my preference.
