Installed a new GPU model 9060xt with 16GB RAM. System crashes during startup showing the logo. Attempted uninstallation, then reinstalled the game. Used DDU for repair, checked driver integrity, verified AppData/user settings JSON files. What should I do next?

Even after uninstalling a game, your saved settings might remain, possibly not compatible with your new GPU. Look in C:\Users\<Your Name>\AppData\Local\CD Projekt Red\Cyberpunk 2077 for a file called UserSettings.json. Transfer it to another location, then launch the game again. If it runs smoothly and you can recreate the settings, remove the old file you moved.

Check the remaining system specifications, confirm if any overclocking was used, and verify whether SAM is active. Consider temporarily turning off XMP to observe potential changes.

Check for any custom layers you can turn off. Use the Steam overlay-free version, or the AMD Adrenalin overlay if available.
