I've spent a lot of time searching for solutions and reset the BIOS, tried all standard steps. Every normal fix I could find didn't work. It's an ASRock motherboard with an AMD FX 6300 CPU. I've used two sets of Rip Jaws DDR3-1866 and DDR3-1600, but nothing changed. Then putting one stick of 4GB DDR1866 and another of 2GB DDR1866 shows it displays 6GB and 6GB is recognized. This is really frustrating! I'm considering buying a new motherboard on Amazon or eBay, but I'm worried it might be the same issue again.

Memory is assured in the package provided. Different pairings you choose may not work well together.
You can perform your own compatibility checks without any assurances.

I've also checked all the RAM sticks, they're working properly, and I've replaced the CPU as well.

Right, I used one pair of 1866, then switched to one pair of 1600, but not all at once, which is why I'm having trouble understanding what's happening.

same pair, one has g skill rip jaws ddr3-1866 at 1gHz and the other is identical but at 1600mhz. The board only has two slots, so I tried both pairs and got the same result. I also have another pair with 4gb, two 2gb sticks at 1866mhz. When I used both 2gb and 4gb, it showed 6gb usable. It's strange.
