In CSGO, with my G403 I have no issues. But when switching to my Logitec MX vertical mouse, I experience severe jitter, input lag, or I’m unsure what’s causing it. Could someone assist? Is this a sensor problem, a game setting, or the software issue? Just to clarify, I can use my G403 in the same game and it works perfectly, while the MX vertical version causes problems. It seems unrelated to graphics. Please help—I’m trying to kick an RSI in my right forearm and the MX vert should really aid that.

Isn't it a wireless mouse? Moving the receiver nearer to the mouse can help.
I had small stutters with my Logitech G602 until I started using the USB extender cable they offered, which moved the receiver closer. After that, all my problems stopped.

I've attempted the g403 extender but it didn't work. I also tried connecting it via a USB3 port on the front of my PC, which is close to the mouse mat.

It's unusual. Does the mouse behave differently in other games or is it only affected by CS:GO?

Not in apex or firestorm, just tried the USB C wire included—it matches the same jitter/input lag, so wireless isn’t the issue. Could it be the polling rate or the sensor itself?
Note: I’m using 400DPI but increased it and still got the same jitter.

I believe it could be related to CS:GO, especially if it was shaky in all your games. It might just be that issue, though I’m not sure.

Did you solve this? I'm facing the same issue with all FPS or 3D games where moving the camera with the mouse causes a slight jitter or strobing effect. It's confusing since the sensor is supposed to be precise and lag-free. I understand it's not a gaming mouse, but it still doesn't work well.
