I own a beatxp unbound Neo with a Samoled screen for under fifteen dollars. It functions perfectly, but today the display stopped working. I’m attaching the photo (video is too large) and it remains covered by warranty. The main issue is that the company keeps ignoring me—my previous message about the microphone didn’t get a response, and now they only reply via email. Can I somehow make Amazon, my vendor, reach out to them for support? This device was purchased with my first paycheck, so I’m really attached.

Is this an error or is the price really just $15? That would explain why the business isn’t focusing on tech support—their profit margins must be extremely tight. (For context, I can’t accurately gauge the cost without more details. In my area, $15 would cover about two McDonald’s meals. So you couldn’t afford a good watch, let alone a smartwatch at that price. Anyone who bought it at this rate would probably throw it away when it failed.) You could return the item if your warranty is still active, and Amazon might notice if enough people do so, but otherwise they likely won’t pay much attention. Depending on your location and local consumer laws, they might be forced to replace a defective product.)

Sadly, the price doesn’t seem like much, but back then a decent meal was hard to come by. That makes a smartwatch a great deal. If it didn’t work right, I’d just replace it. Given it came from your first paycheck, you’re probably thinking it’s worth more than that. I don’t really see much going for it here in India.

I received a replacement under warranty... but it’s still faulty. I’ll give it another shot. By the way, this kind of cash here can buy you the whole McDonald’s menu, plus some leftovers for stickers at
