my Processor is slowing down because the stock Intel cooler has lost one of its white legs that connect to the motherboard, making it somewhat unstable. I only have a budget of about 30-40 dollars right now. The only options available on my trusted online shop are Deepcool Gamma X 400 white for 27 dollars, Thermal Right True Spirit 120 for 32 dollars, Hyper 212 Evo for 40 dollars, Raijintek Aidos for 29 dollars, and people recommend the H7 but it's currently out of stock (it's around 36 dollars there).

What processor do you have? If you don't upgrade, just get the Gammaxx 400—it's more affordable and performs well.
Some people often overestimate the H7, but you probably won't need it unless you're replacing your original cooler.

intel core i3-3220 with GA-B75M-D3H
2x4gb Avexir
zotac gtx 1050ti dual fan
2x2tb toshiba 7200rpm HDD
Super Flower Platinum King 650w
Cube Gaming Weiss Case
room temperature stays above 28-34°C, using AC keeps it around 14-23°C, I'm in an equatorial area

Gammaxx 400 would also be excessive, yet it's the most affordable option—go for it.

BigBoomBoom :
Gammaxx 400 might seem too much, but it's the most affordable option you choose. Thanks for the idea, it looks good.
