I checked both 4K and 1080 resolutions, but neither functioned.

Consider running the program to remove and refresh your graphics drivers. Afterward, you can reinstall the newest version via GeForce Experience. You can find more details here: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/dis...nload.html. Please let us know your experience.

You may need to boost your RAM and CPU speeds. Ryzen performs well but isn't inherently quick. It functions optimally when paired with high-speed memory.
