I received a laptop from my brother, which is his work machine. It’s a corporate device, and it was causing problems—specifically, Google Drive wasn’t working. After some investigation, I found a setting that was interfering with the login process. I disabled it, and now I can’t log in. The system also keeps saving my username and password, but I don’t have the local admin password. The laptop has Bit Defender enabled, and I tried booting from a USB to recover data, but it won’t start anymore. I’m stuck and need advice on how to fix this issue.
