I installed an rtx 3050 into my pc and it boots but without any display on my monitor. It cant be any other parts because when i removed it and booted the pc without it the pc ran fine, i currently have a 400w psu, could this be the main problem?
my specs
MSI GeForce RTX 3050 VENTUS 2X XS 8G
AMD Ryzen 5 3400G with Radeon Vega Graphics
8 GB of Ram
400w psu

nvidia specifies 'Required System Power (W) (5) 550' and suggests an msi-compatible power supply, implying a 400w unit might be the issue.
