Other displays operate at 75hz, 75hz, and 60hz while my primary screen runs at 240hz. The fourth display turns off when the fourth setting is activated on the monitor itself. Appreciate the welcome!

The three screens with 100Hz refresh rates display 1920 x 1080 resolution, while the G9 49-inch monitor shows 5120 x 1440. It seems unusual since there’s no clear information available online about this setup.

I own a different version of the 2080ti and it features multiple display outputs. The fourth monitor seems to vanish from both Windows Display Settings and NVIDIA Display Manager. I’ve noticed this behavior before on a laptop I used at work—a Dell with a dock. The DVI output was just an extension of the display port, meaning only one could be active at a time. If your graphics card supports more than four connectors, it’s possible something similar is occurring. You might try connecting the displays using different cables such as HDMI or DP. I recently switched to a 4090 and had a comparable setup before. My system runs at 9900kHz, uses an ASUS Strix 2080ti, and includes an Odyssey G9 plus two 1440p monitors at 144Hz. The challenge I faced was that my valve index wouldn’t function unless one monitor was turned off, regardless of whether it was set to 120Hz or 240Hz. Although I rarely used 120Hz mode, having five monitors made me add a quadro M5000 with four ports just for the two peripheral displays. I also have a 120Hz 4K TV connected, which runs the G9 index and the TV off the 4090—this setup is much easier than constantly managing cables. The tower case isn’t ideal for easy display output access.

the limit of how much screen your GPUs can handle. It turns out my work laptop struggles to run a built-in display when two 4K monitors at 60Hz are connected.
