I didn't notice it included in your background, so let's start with the basics. Make sure your intel devices run the latest drivers—integrated nics and chipset support are key. Installing and using the Intel Driver & Support Assistant can help keep everything current.

I don’t know if there’s a router or managed switch that fits that setup with QoS enabled. That seems very unusual but is often the first idea that comes to mind.

Hi! All drivers are current, I checked the Intel Driver Assistant and found nothing missing. Everything seems up to date, except for using a TP-link network adapter. My chipset is also fully updated.

Rejecting any changes between us. Standard home configuration. Router with four ports. Nothing overly impressive or unusual. It's worth mentioning I've never experienced speed problems like this before—if it did, it was the ISP's responsibility and they resolved it on their end. As I've mentioned before, my ISP doesn't detect any issues from their side.

Do you have virtualized bridged network equipment set up, such as for a virtual machine or VPN?

I haven't relied on VPNs for quite some time, especially after Netflix adjusted its policies.

You're still facing challenges, please don't hesitate to share any ideas. I'll capture everything you try to demonstrate that your attempts aren't working.
