The HDD must be linked to one of the SATA connections shown in the diagram. The WiFi card lacks a clear solution; consider inserting it into another PCIe port. Before doing so, verify its presence in the Windows Device Manager.

I located it in the device manager, yet the HDD isn’t there. I’ll attempt to install it in the top PCIe slot and test the SATA cable too.

It appears the Windows doesn't recognize the HDD at all. Try connecting it to a different SATA port as recommended. Ensure all connections are secure. The HDD will appear at the bottom after Windows identifies it, and you can then enable it from there. It should display correctly once detected.

I reorganized the graphics card, WiFi card, and SATA cable onto the HDD, and the power cable onto the HDD. The system still works fine, though it doesn’t boot the network card or the HDD.
