Hi, about eight months back I started assembling my first PC. During the process I had to upgrade the BIOS on my motherboard to ensure compatibility with my CPU. Unfortunately, I made a mistake while updating the BIOS and the board became unusable. Eventually I replaced it with a new one, and my PC is now functioning properly. I’m still curious if there’s any way to salvage my old motherboard, especially since it’s an MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI model and I’m running a Ryzen 7 7800X3D.

Use BIOS flashback to reprogram the BIOS on the motherboard. If this fails, the device should still be covered under warranty, allowing you to obtain a replacement from MSI. Don't proceed with further troubleshooting beyond the BIOS flashback.

I attempted to flash the BIOS multiple times, but it didn’t work. I’m unsure what to do since I bought it during a vacation in the USA and am now far away.

Look for a local PC repair service that offers BIOS fixes. There are many YouTube tutorials available if you need guidance. Searching for "CH341 Programmer" should help you find relevant resources.
