My friends PC is not posting anymore. After switching from a Ryzen 3 2300X to a Ryzen 5 3600X, we attempted the BIOS update as instructed. Now we’re able to reach the boot screen.

I don't perceive any issues. Please confirm if you'd like to proceed with booting into Windows now.

We haven't tried it ourselves yet. My other friend owns it, so you might want to test it with the previous CPU.
