I recently purchased some new computer components. I used an anti-static bracelet (which was grounded). After assembling everything, the CPU failed to boot immediately, showing errors for both CPU and DRAM. (All parts are new except the GPU)

●MSI X670E GAMING PLUS WIFI
●G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB DDR5-6000 - 64GB - CL30 - Dual Channel (2 pcs) - AMD EXPO
●AMD Ryzen 9 7950X
●Seasonic Prime TX 1300 ATX
●Corsair H150i AIO
●MSI RTX 3080Ti SuprimX

I removed the CPU and checked for bent pins. Tested various RAM configurations, both with and without the graphics card. Is this a defective part or did I overlook something? Your advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

It seems the processor is malfunctioning, that’s the only thing that comes to mind

Oh yeah, I’ve faced the same problem! Look closely at your motherboard while starting up—check for any flashing lights. You’re using the same CPU and have 64GB of RAM. The initial boot test took a long time. Most boards have LED indicators showing their status during startup. Follow the manual to understand what each light means, and take your time with that information.

I didn’t keep it up for long periods at a time because nothing occurred. Still, I’ll give it another shot. Appreciate the effort.
