I need to clear out the unnecessary files on my computer. I tried scanning for malware but still found stubborn items like unwanted Chrome extensions. It’s not easy getting rid of this mess. Would it be simpler to reinstall Windows and start fresh? My school copy only allows access for 60 days after unlocking, so I’m unsure what steps to take next. Also, please keep others away from my PC—I don’t know how they manage to get such files online without trying. I also have Windows installed on both an SSD and a traditional HDD.

Consider restoring the system using a factory setup while retaining the current Windows product key. You might find the product key listed in your 'PC Settings'.

You can look for the product key on the packaging or receipt. If you need it for an office version, check the documentation or contact your account manager for assistance.

The article suggests two options: apply for an application or reach out to Microsoft with the serial numbers in the hope of receiving a replacement key or account access.
