B580 ~ 330$
9060 xt 16GB ~ 460$
7700 xt ~ 490$
I'm not willing to spend much more, and there aren't any better offers. I didn't consider Intel Arc, but maybe I could try it out—I'm not sure.

Intel's Arc cards have certainly improved this time, offering a solid choice now based on the games you play. The RX 9060 XT 8GB remains sufficiently fast at its current price, though you may need to adjust settings soon. In a few years, it should match performance levels more closely. What about the used market? Would you be interested in finding a used RTX 3080, 3090, RX 6700 XT, 6800, 6800 XT, 7700 XT, or 7800 XT at a lower cost?

No VRAM problems will arise, ensuring it operates without issues at the specified settings or resolution

I looked into it, checked the details and benchmarks, and I'm choosing Intel. Thanks because I wouldn't consider it without it.

I wouldn't choose the Intel GPU with your existing CPU. The driver overhead would only make things worse. While some games have seen improvements, overall it remains a quite inconsistent GPU when it comes to performance.

This conversation focuses on GPUs, not CPUs. Additionally, Intel isn't superior to Ryzen for gaming when looking at current options. Intel has its advantages, but gaming isn't among them right now.

This article clearly shows why your guidance should be ignored, lacking solid knowledge and being a weak response.
