A power supply rated around 500W should comfortably support your PC.

Well, it starts off poorly because this would be considered a 500W power supply by any well-known company. It provides too many 5V and 3.3V options, indicating it's an outdated design. I wouldn't use it to power a system built over the past ten years or so.
Where are you purchasing from? You should be able to find something worth buying.
Inplay PSUs are recognized for misleading wattage ratings (usually 100 watts lower than claimed) and even more notorious for misrepresenting their 80+ certifications, since they aren't listed on the official site.
Only use them if you're prepared to risk your PC overheating someday.
