I changed my power supply from a 650 w gold to an 850 w titanium. Now my RAM is behaving oddly—displaying 25 out of 32 GB and showing 7 GB in cache. What should I do?

Excess memory remains unused space, Windows utilizes free RAM to store temporary data for speed. Clarification: this isn’t related to your PSU upgrade. It’s more likely the system restarted to assess its hardware needs, reserving some RAM for caching because it detected infrequent use of the full 32GB.

Your RAM sticks appear to be functioning normally, just opening and closing as expected.

They're definitely working properly. Windows reports 25 out of 32 units available.
