I assembled my computer and watched a complete Linus PC build tutorial. Please note I connected an SSD that came with Windows already installed. When I powered on the machine, it prompted for a Windows diagnostic and chose to return to Windows, which then loaded normally. However, halfway through, my keyboard stopped working and the monitor displayed no signal. I pressed the restart option in recovery mode, but the fans continued spinning and the RGB lights stayed on. My system details are: Intel i7 2600K, RX 2060 OC EVO 6GB, 16GB RAM, B75 micro ATX motherboard, Evga W3 450W power supply (file ID 67539834255__F62F7163-A0AE-4B74-9E81-E6FCF52CF0F0.MOV). The message suggests the system started in BIOS after a boot issue, allowing OS installation. Confirm if this matches your experience.

That's incorrect. Let's try again.

It seems you're asking about the meaning of "loading into Windows." Could you clarify whether you meant a specific context or phrase? I'm here to help explain it accurately.

I previously had an SSD containing all my files and Windows installed. After installing it in my new build, when it started loading, the Windows logo appeared, the keyboard shut off, the monitor displayed 'no signal,' and the fans continued to spin while the RGB lights remained on.
