HELP!
I've been trying to fix my laptop for two weeks without success. The issue pops up sometimes and causes everything to freeze, including the screen that won’t turn on. My mouse also disappeared. I’m unsure what’s going on. I’ve checked if the problem is just the screen since it worked on a different monitor connected via HDMI. Need advice or solutions.
I verified the cable all appear normal, performed stress tests on the CPU and RAM, and switched storage from SATA to NVMe. I intended to replace the monitor but didn’t have a backup. Additionally, I overlooked adding the note about the computer starting off quiet before displaying the screen.
Suggests possible issue with RAM performance on an AMD APU, indicating main memory failure.
This often occurs due to poor memory. When there are two replaceable parts, try taking out one at a time.
The drivers appear current, I've reviewed the event viewer and attempted to capture an image but the laptop fails shortly afterward. Also, is APU memory being referred to as RAM here? I'm confident the RAM isn't faulty since it passed a 64GB test without issues.
The memory cannot be removed because it has already been soldered.
