The Arma 3 engine performs poorly on multicore CPUs, particularly with AMD processors. It's recommended to use a heavily overclocked G3258 instead of the 8350 for smoother gameplay.

I don’t recognize my friend, so I’d adjust the shadow quality to medium and see the FPS without VSync.

Arma 3 is a poorly made PC version with weak support for multiple-core processors, especially for AMD chips. It’s one of those games where the AMD CPU often becomes a significant limitation.
