You're having trouble creating a USB boot drive for Windows 10 on your Mac OS Sierra. Let me help you troubleshoot. Have you tried using a USB drive with the correct Windows 10 installation media? Also, check if you're using the right USB port and that the drive is properly seated. Because you're on macOS, you'll need Apple's Bootcamp Assistant to handle everything automatically. It also provides drivers for Windows systems. A Windows 10 key is required to enable it.

Download the ISO from Microsoft, then choose it in Bootcamp. When you restart, press Alt to pick the operating system you prefer. Once done, simply click Next until you reach the desktop.
