It seems someone made changes without specifying what they altered. You can always refresh the Windows installation (save your data first if needed).
Can you tell me what else is not working. From the video I only see that the (Right click -> New) button isn't working. Also did you use some kind of tutorial or did you just start click on random stuff? If you have a Windows back up image you can try that too. (Would be really easy). You mentioned in one of the replies that your English is poor. Do you happen by chance to speak Russian? Ты случайно не говоришь на русском?
