You shared the folder with everyone, but the access settings might be incorrect. Check if you're using the right permissions or if the folder is marked as read-only for others. Also, ensure your network connection is stable and try accessing it again.

Verify the connections between devices. Open File Explorer, locate the PC in the network list, double-click it to check if the folder appears. If access is denied, the permission settings between machines may be incorrect, not the file itself.

I configured the IP, submask, and gateway correctly. However, the PC attempting to connect appears on the network, yet it displays the shared folder but cannot access it.

I resolved it in some way, but now I’m facing new problems. My Mac Pro is using Snow Leopard since it’s meant as a backup machine for my media, yet it doesn’t appear on the network anymore, though I can still access it via TightVNC.
