Check if the MOBO model works with Ryzen 5th generation. It lists compatibility with the 3000 series, but other sources mention support for the 5000 series as well. Clarify the exact model details.

All B550 boards work with 5000 series processors. Initially, this wasn’t the case since the 5000 series hadn’t been developed yet, but now every B550 shipped includes firmware compatible with those chips.

Confirming the setup: I’m using the exact board with 32 gigabytes of RAM (four 8GB modules), paired with a Gigabyte Radeon 6750X graphics card. The processor details are AMD Ryzen 7 3800X, featuring 8 cores, 512KB primary cache, 4MB secondary cache, 32MB tertiary cache, and it’s 64-bit ready with hyper-threading (16 threads).
